Anchored frame truncates accents

Problem

The contents of an anchored frame positioned at “Top of Column” cuts off the accent area of the following paragraph. Since this is the first paragraph on the page its "Space Above" is not honoured.

Solution

After the anchor of this bad behaving frame add another anchored frame with the same positioning "Top of Column". This frame is only as high as needed to provide distance (hight equal to the paragraph “Space Above” value).
