Glossary with pictures

While it is quiet easy to align pictures on the side of text by means of tables, this does not work if you want to assign master pages automatically. For this mechanism the triggering paragraph must not be in a table. In glossaries you want to repeat the first and last entry of facing pages in the running header, so you need specially set up running headers which makes the master pages different to the standard Left and Right pages. Hence the reason for automatic assignment.

I have developed an example with some paragraph formats which gives you the possibilty to easily adapt the vertical distance of the pictures. Just specify the line hight of format gb-glossary-balancer.
